Solange Uwizeyimana, Education officer, GISOZI Sector
Sector Education Officer Solange Uwizeyimana shares that “The beauty of Wellspring’s program is that it’s more tangible and practical. It has enabled most of our school leaders so that they can embrace effective school leadership and management principals in their daily duties. I saw many teachers become more disciplined than they were before. I was glad to be a direct witness of how teachers strengthened their grip on healthy students’ behavior management. But on top of this, Wellspring’s program helped our teachers have a deeper and consistent understanding of the new competence-based curriculum as well as core quality education concepts such as teaching aids development and effective lesson planning”
